Description

Full Swing Cabernet Sauvignon is an easy-drinking red from New South Wales.

Cabernet grown in the warmer inland regions ripens fully and gives blackcurrant fruit with soft tannin, made here for drinking now rather than cellaring. Fermentation is in stainless steel with minimal oak.

Serve at 16 degrees with roast lamb, burgers or hard cheese. Drink within three years.
