Georges Vigouroux Pigmentum Cahors is an approachable, vividly coloured expression of Malbec from South-West France.

Cahors is the historic home of Malbec, long known locally as Cot, grown on limestone plateaux and river terraces above the Lot. Georges Vigouroux is one of the region's leading producers, having played a central role in reviving Cahors winemaking from the 1970s onward alongside its flagship Château de Haute-Serre estate, and the Pigmentum range showcases the grape's deep colour and structure in a fresher, more immediate style.

This is a vibrant, food-friendly Cahors red, ideal with roast meats, hard cheeses and everyday hearty fare.
