Ghost Rock Supernatural Pinot Noir 2025

Ghost Rock Supernatural Pinot Noir is a wild-fermented, unfiltered Tasmanian Pinot Noir made with minimal intervention.

Ghost Rock is a family-owned estate at Northdown on the north-west coast of Tasmania, where the vineyards sit on gentle slopes looking out towards Bass Strait. The Arnold family run the property, with Justin Arnold making the wines on site. The cool maritime climate and long, mild ripening season give fruit with natural acidity and fine structure, well suited to the classic cool-climate varieties. The Supernatural range is the estate's lower-intervention line: fruit is wild fermented, and the wines are bottled unfined and unfiltered with only a low addition of sulphur. This Pinot Noir is made for freshness and early drinking, keeping the bright red-fruited character of cool north-west Tasmanian Pinot to the fore. It is sealed under screwcap.

Light, juicy and approachable, it suits charcuterie, roast chicken and mushroom dishes; serve slightly cool at around 14 to 16 degrees.
