Giant Steps Circle of Fifths Pinot Noir gathers fruit from several Yarra Valley sites into one wine.

Pinot Noir was among the first varieties planted in the Yarra when viticulture returned to the valley in the 1960s and 70s, and the region's cool conditions still make it the state's most important home for the grape. Blending across vineyards gives a wine of balance rather than site expression. Fruit is hand-picked, fermented with a portion of whole bunches and native yeast, and matured in French oak, very little of it new.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, roast pork or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next six years.
