Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco DOC 2025

Giovanni Rosso Etna Bianco is a Carricante-based white from the slopes of Mount Etna.

Etna Bianco must be at least sixty per cent Carricante, a late-ripening variety that holds acidity even in the Sicilian heat because the vineyards sit high on the volcano, often above six hundred metres. The soils are black volcanic sand over lava flows of different ages. The Piedmontese estate has worked on Etna for over a decade alongside its Serralunga vineyards.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, shellfish or roast chicken. Drink over the next five years.
