Graci Etna Bianco Arcuria DOC 2023

Graci Etna Bianco Arcuria is a Carricante from a single contrada at around six hundred metres on Etna.

Carricante is Etna's principal white grape, late-ripening and naturally high in acidity, which is why it can be grown this far south at all. Arcuria is a contrada in Passopisciaro on the volcano's northern slope, the Etna equivalent of a cru. The vineyards are black volcanic sand over old lava, and many of the vines are ungrafted bush vines.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, seafood pasta or a soft cheese. It develops over eight years.
