Grosset G110 Riesling 2025

Grosset G110 is a Clare Valley Riesling made from a single clonal selection, bottled separately from the estate's vineyard wines.

Clone selection matters in Riesling, where small differences in bunch size and skin thickness change the shape of the wine, and G110 is the material Grosset identified as best suited to his sites. The Clare Valley runs north of Adelaide at around 400 metres, with cold nights that hold acidity in place. The fruit is whole-bunch pressed, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled dry, with no oak at any stage.

Serve at 8 degrees with oysters, sashimi or a citrus-dressed salad. It will develop for a decade.
