Grosset Lenswood Chardonnay 2025

Grosset Lenswood Chardonnay is grown in one of the coolest and highest parts of the Adelaide Hills.

Lenswood sits on the eastern side of the Mount Lofty Ranges at around 500 metres, where the growing season is long and harvest is late, which suits Chardonnay looking for acidity rather than weight. Grosset has drawn fruit from the Hills since the winery's early years, working organically. The wine is whole-bunch pressed, fermented with wild yeast in French oak and matured on lees, with the use of new wood kept restrained.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast fish, chicken or a creamy pasta. It develops well over eight years.
