Guigal Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc 2025

Guigal Côtes-du-Rhône Blanc is a rich, Viognier-led white blend from the Rhône Valley.

From its base in Ampuis, where Étienne Guigal founded the business in 1946, the house sources grapes from across the Rhône Valley for its Côtes-du-Rhône wines, which are among the most widely admired in France. This white draws on Viognier, the aromatic grape of nearby Condrieu, blended with Roussanne, Marsanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc and Grenache Blanc. Viognier brings the white flowers, apricot, acacia and white peach, while the other varieties add freshness, structure and body. The result is a round, generous white of brilliant yellow-gold colour, with elegance, strength and balance.

Serve chilled but not icy, around 10 to 12 degrees. It is excellent with roast chicken, pork with apricots, a Moroccan tagine, prawns in garlic butter or soft cheeses.
