Hay Shed Hill Vineyard Series Pinot Noir Rosé is a pale, dry and savoury rosé made from Pinot Noir.

Made in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, this rosé is deliberately savoury, steering away from the overtly fruity styles once common in Australian rosé. Pinot Noir gives it a delicate pale pink colour and gentle strawberry notes, while careful handling keeps the palate crisp, clean and refreshingly dry, with the fine, slightly grainy texture found in good dry rosé. It sits closer in spirit to the rosés of southern France than to the sweeter versions of the past.

Serve well chilled on a warm afternoon with antipasto, prawn skewers or a niçoise salad. Drink it young while the freshness is at its peak.
