Hay Shed Hill Vineyard Series Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is a crisp, lively blend of Margaret River's two signature white grapes.

Few regions are as closely tied to this blend as Margaret River, where Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon have been grown side by side for decades. Here Sauvignon Blanc leads, bringing tropical fruit and lift, with Semillon adding grassy freshness and structure. Only free-run juice is used, giving the wine a finer texture and a cleaner line than pressings would allow. The finished wine is fresh, intense and true to the regional style.

Pour it well chilled with fish and chips, a goat's cheese tart or fresh sushi. Best enjoyed in its youth.
