HEAD Wines Head Red Shiraz 2023

HEAD Red Shiraz is a barrel selection drawn from the vineyards behind the estate's single-site wines.

Head Red is assembled from barrels that do not make the cut for The Blonde, The Brunette and The Contrarian, which serves two purposes: it keeps the standard of the single-vineyard wines high and gives an early read on the vintage at a far lower price. The wine spends twelve months in predominantly older French hogsheads and is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Serve at 16 degrees with barbecued meats, lamb or hard cheese. Drink over the next eight years.
