Description

Heathcote Estate Museum Shiraz is an older vintage held at the winery and released with bottle age.

Heathcote Shiraz ages on its acidity and fine tannin, and several years in bottle soften the primary fruit and bring out savoury, earthy character. This release has been cellared at the winery since bottling. The fruit comes from the region's Cambrian greenstone soils in central Victoria.

Serve at 17 degrees with slow-cooked beef, game or aged cheddar. Drinking well now.
