Heathcote Winery The Origin Shiraz is a fragrant, balanced Heathcote Shiraz with floral lift and fine tannins.

Where many Heathcote reds lean toward power, this wine is about perfume and poise. Red berries and floral notes are laced with sweet spice from French oak, while the palate stays fresh, balanced and alluring, supported by fine yet supportive tannins. It shows that the region's warm climate and red Cambrian soils can deliver elegance as well as weight, a side of Heathcote the winery explores from its base in the town itself.

Serve slightly cool, around 16 degrees, with duck breast, roast pork or a charcuterie board. Enjoy now or over the next several years.
