Heidi Schröck & Söhne Weissburgunder is a precise, mineral-edged white from Rust, made from Pinot Blanc, locally known as Weissburgunder.

Heidi Schröck is one of Austria's most respected winemakers, having spent decades restoring old vineyards and reviving historic varieties around the lakeside town of Rust on the shores of Neusiedlersee in Burgenland. Long famous for its sweet Ruster Ausbruch wines, Rust's mix of loamy, mineral-rich soils and warm, lake-moderated climate also supports vibrant dry whites, made today alongside her sons under the Heidi Schröck & Söhne label.

A crisp, well-structured white, it pairs naturally with poultry, fresh cheeses and lighter Central European fare.
