Heirloom Vineyards Adelaide Hills Chardonnay is a bright, stone-fruit driven cool-climate Chardonnay with a fresh, mineral finish.

Founded by winemaker Elena Brooks and Zar Brooks, the pair also behind Dandelion Vineyards, Heirloom sources fruit from the South Australian regions best suited to each variety. This Adelaide Hills Chardonnay offers white peach, nectarine and apricot, with ripe lemon zest and green apple skin. On the palate, stone fruit richness flows into grapefruit, mandarin and melon before a sweep of acidity turns the finish savoury and mineral. It is a lively, modern Chardonnay that shows why the Hills have become such a benchmark for the grape.

Chill it well and pair with barbecued prawns, chicken schnitzel or a summer salad of peach and burrata. Drink over the next few years.
