Description

Hesketh Rules of Engagement is a dry Pinot Grigio from the Limestone Coast.

Pinot Grigio needs to be picked early to keep the crisp, pear-scented character of the Italian style, and the Limestone Coast's cool maritime influence, coming off the Southern Ocean, gives a longer hang time than inland South Australia. Hesketh sources by region rather than owning vineyards, choosing the district that suits each variety. The wine is fermented cool in stainless steel without oak.

Serve at 9 degrees with antipasti, seafood or a light salad. Drink within two years.
