Description

Hesketh Bright Young Things is a Sauvignon Blanc from the Limestone Coast in South Australia.

The region's limestone soils and ocean-cooled climate give Sauvignon Blanc more restraint than warmer parts of the state, closer to a Loire profile than a tropical one. Hesketh's model is to match variety to region across South Australia rather than work a single estate. The fruit is pressed gently and fermented cool in stainless steel, then bottled early.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, goat's cheese or a green salad. Drink within two years.
