Hesketh Limestone Coast Unfinished Business Pinot Noir 2025

Hesketh Unfinished Business is a Pinot Noir from the cooler southern end of the Limestone Coast.

Pinot Noir is a difficult proposition in South Australia, needing genuinely cool conditions, and the maritime influence in the far south-east of the state is one of the few places it works outside the Adelaide Hills. The wine is made in a lighter, earlier-drinking style. Hesketh works with growers across the region rather than owning vineyards.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or mushroom dishes. Drink over the next four years.
