Hesketh Lost Weekend is a Chardonnay from the Limestone Coast in South Australia's south-east.

Chardonnay grown on limestone in a maritime climate keeps acidity through ripening, which allows a style built on citrus and stone fruit rather than weight. Hesketh matches each variety to the region that suits it, working with growers across South Australia. The wine sees a portion of barrel fermentation with the rest in tank, so the oak stays in the background.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast chicken, fish or a creamy pasta. Drink over the next four years.
