Description

Hesketh Regional Selections Pinot Noir is grown in the Adelaide Hills, the best South Australian home for the variety.

At 400 to 500 metres the Hills have the cold nights and long ripening season Pinot Noir needs, which is why almost all of South Australia's serious Pinot comes from here. Hesketh works with growers in the district rather than owning land. The wine is fermented with some whole bunches and matured in French oak with little new wood.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, pork or a mushroom risotto. Drink over the next six years.
