Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc sits between the Loire and Marlborough in style, with citrus and herb rather than overt tropical fruit, thanks to the region's altitude and cloud cover. The Small Batch wines take single parcels with more winemaking attention than the regional range. The fruit is pressed gently and fermented cool, with a portion on lees for texture.

Serve at 9 degrees with oysters, asparagus or goat's cheese. Drink within three years.
