Description
Description
I Feudi di Romans Pinot Grigio Isonzo DOC is a refined and site-driven Pinot Grigio from Friuli-Venezia Giulia, one of Italy’s most respected regions for expressive white wines.
Grown in the Isonzo DOC zone, close to the Slovenian border, the vineyards benefit from a unique mix of gravelly alluvial soils and cooling Adriatic breezes. This combination allows for slow, balanced ripening while preserving freshness and aromatic precision. The wine is fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel to maintain purity, with time on fine lees adding subtle texture and depth.
This is Pinot Grigio with intention - structured, textural and distinctly northern Italian. Perfect with seafood, light pasta dishes or as a polished aperitivo.
*Every effort is made to ensure the current vintage is accurate; however, variations can occur. If you are after a specific vintage, please contact us prior to ordering.
