Inama I Palchi Foscarino Soave Classico Grand Cuvée 2022

Inama I Palchi Grand Cuvée is the estate's flagship Soave, from old pergola-trained vines on Monte Foscarino.

I Palchi refers to the pergola trellis, the traditional training system of the Veneto, which shades the fruit and slows ripening on a hot volcanic hillside. The oldest Garganega on Foscarino is kept for this wine, which is fermented and matured in oak and released later than the rest of the range. Soave Classico's basalt soils are what give it the structure to take that treatment.

Serve at 12 degrees with roast poultry, rich fish or aged cheese. It develops over a decade.
