Isole e Olena Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml

Isole e Olena Extra Virgin Olive Oil is pressed from olives grown on the Isole e Olena estate in the Chianti Classico hills of Tuscany.

Alongside its celebrated wines, the estate tends olive trees on the same hillsides, and this oil is a blend of three classic Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino. It's the traditional trio behind many of the region's best-known oils, and here it comes entirely from the estate's own groves.

Use it raw to get the most from it: drizzled over bruschetta, ribollita, grilled steak or fresh tomatoes and mozzarella. Store it away from heat and light, and enjoy it within a few months of opening.
