Jansz Tasmania Premium Cuvée Gift Box presents Tasmania's popular non-vintage sparkling in a gift box, ready to give.

Made at Pipers River in the island's north-east, where cool temperatures and a long growing season suit sparkling wine, Jansz has been producing traditional-method fizz since the 1980s and belongs to the Hill-Smith family, owners of Yalumba. The Premium Cuvée blends Chardonnay for citrus freshness with Pinot Noir for fruit and body. The second fermentation happens in bottle, and lees ageing adds a creamy texture and a nutty complexity. It's a dry, balanced style designed to be enjoyed straight away.

Chill it well before opening and serve with canapés, smoked salmon blini or a plate of oysters. As a gift it suits birthdays, thank-yous and Christmas.
