Kármán Tinto Rioja Tempranillo 2025

Kármán Tinto Rioja Tempranillo is an unoaked, fruit-driven Tempranillo made for drinking young.

Tempranillo is the backbone of Rioja, grown along the Ebro valley in northern Spain on clay, limestone and alluvial soils, and most of the region's wine spends time in oak before release. This is the other approach: picked for freshness and kept out of barrel, so the variety's raspberry and plum fruit arrives unmediated. Fermentation is in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with a short maceration and early bottling.

Serve slightly cool at 15 to 16 degrees with tapas, grilled meat, pizza or a weeknight pasta. Drink it young.
