Kir-Yianni Assyrtiko Amyndeon PGI 2025

Kir-Yianni Assyrtiko is grown on the high Amyndeon plateau rather than its native Santorini.

Assyrtiko is the great white grape of the Cyclades, where it grows in volcanic ash and keeps searing acidity through extreme heat. Planted at altitude in northern Greece it behaves differently, giving a leaner, more citrus-driven wine. Amyndeon sits above six hundred metres with sandy, phylloxera-free soils.

Serve at 10 degrees with grilled fish, seafood or salads. Drink over the next five years.
