Description

Kir-Yianni L'Esprit du Lac is a dry rosé from Xinomavro grown on the Amyndeon plateau.

The name refers to the lakes that surround the region and temper its climate. Xinomavro's pale pigment and high acidity make it a natural rosé grape, and Amyndeon has a long tradition of producing pink and sparkling wines from it. The fruit is picked early, pressed quickly and fermented cool.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or grilled vegetables. Drink within two years.
