Kir-Yianni Paranga White 2025

Kir-Yianni Paranga White is a dry blend of Greek varieties from Macedonia in the north.

Roditis and Malagousia are both native: Roditis is widely planted and gives crispness, while Malagousia was close to extinction in the 1970s before a deliberate revival and now produces some of Greece's most perfumed whites. The estate works vineyards at Naoussa and on the high Amyndeon plateau.

Serve at 9 degrees with seafood, salads or mezze. Drink within three years.
