Kismet Moscato NV

Kismet Moscato is a light, sweet, lightly sparkling white made from Muscat.

Moscato is fermented only part-way, which leaves natural grape sugar, a gentle fizz and alcohol usually around five or six per cent. The style comes from Piedmont, where Moscato d'Asti has been made for centuries, and has become a fixture of Australian summer drinking. The fruit is handled cool to protect the floral aromatics.

Serve very cold at 7 degrees with fruit, pavlova or on its own. Drink young.
