Description

Kooyong Sous Voile Chardonnay is a flor-aged Chardonnay from the Mornington Peninsula, in a half bottle.

Sous voile means "under the veil": the wine is aged in barrel under a layer of flor yeast, in the style of Jura whites. Kooyong farms its own vineyards at Tuerong on the Mornington Peninsula and is known for single-vineyard Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Serve at about 12 degrees with hard cheeses such as Comté, roast chicken or mushrooms.
