KT Pazza Riesling 2021

KT Pazza Riesling is a Watervale Riesling from the more adventurous side of Kerri Thompson's KT Wines.

Classic Watervale fruit and natural acidity are the starting point, but this takes a less conventional route than the core 5452 bottling. It belongs to the label's playful, experimental range, which also includes a red blend. The district's red loam over limestone and cool nights have long made it one of Australia's great Riesling addresses.

Light-bodied, with citrus and a textural edge, and a few years of bottle age behind it now. Serve at 8–10°C with pork, spiced dishes or soft cheeses.
