Description

KT Pinot Gris is a fresh, clean Clare Valley white from Kerri Thompson's label in Watervale.

Watervale is Riesling country, with red loam over limestone and cool nights, and it's where Kerri Thompson set up her own brand after years making wine in the Clare. Her approach is hands-on and low-fuss. This Gris is fermented in steel and bottled young, and it carries a touch more texture than the Grigio style.

Light and crisp, with pear, citrus and a gentle texture. Try it with fish tacos, Vietnamese salads or a seafood pasta, well chilled to 7–9°C.
