KT Rosa 2024

KT Rosa is a pale, dry and savoury rosé from Watervale in the Clare Valley.

Picked early and given only brief skin contact, this is made so that freshness and texture come ahead of sweetness. Kerri Thompson sources fruit from a small number of Watervale growers and runs her label in a hands-on, low-fuss way. The cool nights here, at the southern end of the Clare, help keep the fruit bright.

Red fruits and a crisp, dry finish. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C with antipasto, grilled prawns or a summer salad, and drink it young on a warm afternoon.
