Description

Ktima Matsa Laoutari Assyrtiko is grown on the Attica plateau rather than its native Santorini.

Assyrtiko is the great white grape of the Cyclades, where it holds searing acidity through extreme heat; planted on the mainland it behaves a little differently, giving a rounder wine while keeping its structure. The estate at Pallini sits on limestone soils outside Athens.

Serve at 11 degrees with grilled fish, seafood or salty cheese. Drink within five years.
