La Crema Fog Veil Pinot Noir 2022

La Crema Fog Veil Pinot Noir takes its name from the marine fog that defines the Russian River Valley.

The fog rolls in from the Pacific through the Petaluma Gap and along the river course, sitting over the vineyards until late morning and dropping temperatures sharply overnight. That daily swing is what gives Russian River Pinot Noir its combination of ripe fruit and acidity. The wine is fermented in small lots and matured in French oak.

Serve at 15 degrees with duck, salmon or a mushroom tart. Drink over the next seven years.
