Description

La Crema Russian River Brut Rosé is a traditional-method sparkling from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.

Sparkling wine needs fruit picked early with high natural acidity, which the fog-cooled Russian River Valley produces without difficulty. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are the Champagne varieties and both are long established here. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and rests on lees before disgorgement.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters, salmon or fried food. Drink on release.
