Description

Langa Elena Vermouth di Torino Superiore Rosso is made to the stricter Superiore standard.

Superiore requires at least half the botanicals to be grown in Piedmont and a minimum alcohol of seventeen per cent, which sets it apart from standard Vermouth di Torino. Rosso takes its colour from caramel rather than red wine, as is traditional. Wormwood is the defining botanical, joined by dozens of herbs, roots and spices.

Serve over ice with orange, or in a negroni. Keep refrigerated once opened and drink within a couple of months.
