Langmeil Bella Rouge Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2026

Langmeil Bella Rouge Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is a pretty, strawberry-scented pink wine from one of the Barossa's historic family estates.

Rosé made from Cabernet Sauvignon is a little unusual in the Barossa, where the variety more often goes into big, age-worthy reds. Here the fruit is handled gently for freshness, with the aim of a light raspberry-red wine that keeps its perfume and crunch. The winery itself is on the Tanunda side of the North Para River, where a small village called Langmeil grew up around the first German settlers, and where the Lindner family re-established winemaking in 1996. The same family care that goes into their old-vine reds is applied to this lighter, everyday bottle.

Pour it straight from the fridge as an aperitif, or bring it to the table with a Niçoise salad, grilled salmon or a cheese board with soft goat's cheese. Drink it young while the fruit is at its brightest.
