Langmeil Rough Diamond Grenache 2025

Langmeil Rough Diamond Grenache is a juicy, spicy Grenache from the Barossa Valley.

For the 2025 release the supplier lists straight Grenache. The Barossa has some of the oldest Grenache plantings in the world, and the variety has found new fans thanks to its perfume and soft texture. Langmeil pick early enough to keep the fruit fresh and handle it gently in the winery, avoiding heavy oak so the cherry, raspberry and rose petal aromas stay front and centre. Soft tannins and brambly spice give a little grip on a long, fruity finish. It is made by the Lindner family team at their Tanunda winery.

Serve slightly cool, around 14 to 16 degrees, with lamb koftas, a charcuterie board or margherita pizza.
