Lark Hill Ley-Line Riesling 2022

Lark Hill Ley-Line is a sweet Riesling made from late-picked fruit on the estate's biodynamic vineyard.

Riesling left on the vine past normal harvest concentrates both sugar and acid, which is what keeps a wine like this balanced rather than cloying. At 860 metres above Lake George the acidity is never in short supply. Lark Hill has been certified biodynamic since 2003, the first vineyard in the Canberra District to be so.

Serve cold at 8 degrees with fruit desserts, blue cheese or on its own. An opened bottle keeps for days.
