Description

Lark Hill Regional Blanc de Blancs is a traditional-method sparkling made entirely from Chardonnay.

Sparkling wine needs fruit with high natural acidity, which is exactly what the cool, high vineyards of the Canberra District produce. A blanc de blancs is made from white grapes alone. The wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle and rests on lees before disgorgement, in the Champagne manner.

Serve at 8 degrees as an aperitif, or with oysters and fried food. Drink on release.
