Description

Lark Hill Regional Riesling draws on Canberra District fruit alongside the estate's own biodynamic vineyard.

The district's altitude and cold nights give Riesling its lime and chalk character and the acidity to age for a decade or more. Lark Hill's own vineyard at 860 metres is among the highest in the country. The wine is whole-bunch pressed, fermented cool in stainless steel and bottled dry without oak.

Serve at 8 degrees with seafood, salads or Asian food. It will develop for a decade.
