Description

Lark Hill Regional Shiraz is a cool-climate red from the Canberra District.

Canberra Shiraz is peppery and medium-bodied, a world away from the warm-climate Australian norm, because the region sits high on the inland side of the Great Dividing Range with cold nights through summer. Lark Hill has been certified biodynamic since 2003. Fermentation includes whole bunches with native yeast, and maturation is in seasoned French oak.

Serve at 16 degrees with lamb, charcuterie or grilled vegetables. Drink over the next eight years.
