Les Complices des Calanques 'Grain de Soleil' Coteaux d'Aix Rosé 2025

Les Complices des Calanques 'Grain de Soleil' Coteaux d'Aix Rosé is a pale, dry organic pink from the hills that run inland from Marseille.

The label takes its name from the steep limestone inlets along the coast west of Marseille. Vines sit further back, in an appellation that reaches towards the Luberon under a warm Mediterranean sky and the scent of garrigue. Conditions here are much the same as in Côtes de Provence next door, and the same three grapes do the work: Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. Farming is organic, in step with a wider move to gentler viticulture across the south of France.

Pour it well chilled, around 8-10°C, for lunch outdoors. Good with salads, grilled vegetables and the herb-led cooking of Provence.
