Little Reddie Colbinabbin Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso 2025

Little Reddie Colbinabbin Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is a single-site red from a rare north-eastern Italian grape grown in Heathcote.

The fruit comes from three rows planted in 2015 on an east-west orientation in the deep red Cambrian soil of the Chalmers vineyard's south-east corner at Colbinabbin. It is harvested on phenolics, entirely destemmed and fermented in closed and open stainless steel with daily pump-overs and délestage, then pressed to taste.

Serve at 15 degrees with grilled meat, tomato-based pasta, hard cheese or a charcuterie board.
