Description

Little Reddie Mountain Fizz is a sparkling Syrah from a single block in Heathcote.

The fruit comes from a block at Dash Farm where the western side of the mountain dips to give an eastern aspect, and it is picked early to keep acid and lift. Whole bunches are pressed long and slow, keeping only the finest juice, and the wine ferments in stainless steel.

Serve well chilled at 8 degrees with charcuterie, fried food, a picnic or on its own as an aperitif.
