Description

Little Reddie Nebbiolo Rosé is a pale Heathcote rosé made from Nebbiolo.

A portion of the fruit is foot-trodden and the wine ferments wild in old puncheons, with the components blended after malolactic and a small sulphur addition made at that point. Drawing from a wide spread of barrels and ferments is deliberate: the aim is a wine that is clean without being dull.

Serve well chilled at 9 degrees with salads, grilled fish, charcuterie or a summer lunch.
