Description

Little Reddie Nebbiolo Super Juice is a light Heathcote red built around an unusual two-stage ferment.

An early-harvested, direct-pressed free-run rosé from Willoughby Bridge acts as the starter: it is pressed to tank, moved to old puncheon, and later used to inoculate destemmed CVT230 clone Nebbiolo picked at full ripeness. That ferment is left undisturbed, then pressed to stainless with a further addition of the rosé.

Serve lightly chilled at 14 degrees with charcuterie, roast vegetables, pizza or an easy dinner.
